At €30 a night, you get a fully equipped single room with air-conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi, making it a heck of a value.
Rooms show signs of wear, with some mold issues in the bathroom and dirt in the fridge and around the ceiling. WiFi reliability can be hit or miss, occasionally slow, which isn't great for anyone trying to get work done when you should be off enjoying the galaxy. There's a persistent smell of smoke that wafts in from neighboring rooms, and there's a chance you'll deal with noisy families or rambunctious kids.

The staff were very pleasant, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was generous. I was able to walk from the hotel to all the places that I was interested in visiting including the Old Bazaar, the Skopje Citadel and the shops. I will definitely stay at this place, the next time I visit Skopje.

Everything was outstanding! Location is unbeatable - right by the Carsia, the Old Bazaar. Staff is fantastic. All room facilities are new. Breakfast is diverse and delicious.
The strange thing is that room maids seem to use shampoo and shower gel bottles more than once (do they take the bottles from trash bins?..) I was given the bottles with very weared and teared labels and the shampoo and shower gel inside the bottles were different each day, even though they came in the same bottles. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience couldn't spoil my otherwise spotless stay in this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and savoury, the check in was early. I was given a modern and airy room with huge balcony, nice bathrooms, for instance. I enjoyed the breakfast, specially bangers and fresh fruit.

The only thing i liked about this hotel, was the staff. Everything else was a disaster.
1. it's not really a hotel, in fact i think it's a ex flat. 2. it doesn't have a private parking. The parking is shared by other 2 restaurants. 3. to access the elevator you have to climb the stairs to the first floor...That's unacceptable. 4. the room doesn't have 32 square meters. Maybe a maximum of 12. 5. I think the room was an ex balcony. 6. the breakfast was awful. There were 3 kind of food, and the eggs were at least 2 days old.

Enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfy beds. The staff were genuinely helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a decent variety but could use more options to enhance it. Free parking was a nice perk, even though the area felt tight. WiFi was a major downside. Often too slow to use effectively. The room had maintenance issues, including some stains in the shower and outdated decor. It has potential with better WiFi and an update to the facilities.

Very friendly staff and service. Excellent breakfast buffet with local specialties. Nice and big room, good location between the old town and the new centre.
The room was recently renovated. Some small things were still missing, e.g. there were not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom.

We were greeted promptly by friendly, English speaking staff. Our room was clean and adequately furnished. The breakfast buffet was well tended and had a great variety of food and drink. The location was within easy walking distance to the city's center.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk let us use the computer for copying photos. She also speaks English fluently, no communication problems. Hotel is right in the center of the city and 5 min. walk from the bridge and Vardar. Close to restorants, bars and the old Turkish bazaar.
